Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you want to build leadership skills, strengthen your college applications, earn volunteer hours, and connect with inspiring students from around the world?
The One Life to Love Global Leaders Fellowship is a selective leadership program that brings together motivated high school students from the United States and India who are ready to lead with compassion, courage, and purpose.
This isn’t just another leadership program. It’s an opportunity to become part of a global movement of young people working together to solve real-world challenges and build a better future.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Global Leaders Fellowship is a year-long leadership development program designed for high school students who want to grow as changemakers while making a meaningful impact in their communities.
From September through May, Fellows participate in monthly virtual leadership sessions, interactive workshops, guest speaker events, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative community service projects with students across the globe.
The curriculum combines leadership development, social awareness, service learning, and personal growth to prepare students to become thoughtful leaders in college, their careers, and their communities.
Students from diverse backgrounds come together to learn from one another while building lifelong friendships and a global perspective.

What We Teach
Our curriculum is designed by experienced educators and nonprofit leaders to develop both the heart and the skills of effective leadership.
Throughout the Fellowship, students explore topics including:
- Leadership and personal growth
- Public speaking and communication
- Emotional intelligence
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Community service and social impact
- Social justice and global citizenship
- Gender equality and allyship
- Cultural awareness
- Ethical leadership
- Goal setting and personal purpose
- Project planning and problem solving
- College and career readiness
Students also participate in breakout discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects that encourage meaningful dialogue and real-world action
Learning From Real Leaders
Leadership is best learned from those who are already making a difference.
Throughout the Fellowship, students will hear directly from inspiring leaders from around the world, including nonprofit founders, entrepreneurs, educators, business executives, community leaders, advocates, and social innovators.
Guest speakers share:
- Their personal leadership journeys
- Lessons learned from success and failure
- Career advice
- Real-world leadership challenges
- Opportunities to ask questions and receive mentorship
These conversations help students see what authentic leadership looks like in action—and inspire them to become leaders in their own communities.

How to Apply
The Global Leaders Fellowship welcomes passionate high school students who are eager to learn, serve, and lead.
Applicants should:
- Be enrolled in high school
- Demonstrate curiosity, compassion, and a desire to make a difference
- Be willing to participate in monthly virtual sessions
- Commit to completing a community service project during the Fellowship year
- Be open to collaborating with students from different cultures and backgrounds
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spaces are limited to ensure every Fellow receives meaningful mentorship and engagement.
