Prem’s parents are working hard to care for their family, but they struggle to earn enough to meet even their most basic needs. When putting food on the table is a daily challenge, something as simple as a change of clothes can become a luxury.

Sunita is the second of 6 siblings. When she was just 8 years old, she fainted and her family rushed her to the nearest hospital 4 hours away. Sunita suffers from Severe Diabetes. She is not able to go to school and she spends her days worried if she will live or die.
A young student from a low-income household is at risk of discontinuing school due to financial challenges. The family remains committed to education but requires assistance with school fees and learning materials.
